We manufacture and supply aluminium embroidery frames, magnet sets, frame dividers, pantograph frames and parts, frame clamps, and more for all multi-head computerised embroidery machines since 2004. All our products are made-to-order according to machine make and size.
Our manufacturing facility is based out of Delhi. We have supplied our products to customers from Kashmir to Kanyakumari, and exported to overseas markets in Southeast Asia and the Middle East.

Are you the manufacturer or reseller of products for multi-head embroidery machines?We are the sole manufacturer of all the products listed on our website. We do not sell any products manufactured by others.

Are your products Made in India or imported from China?All our products are manufactured in India in our own factory. All materials used in our products are sourced locally and no material is imported from China. By using the local materials and manufacturing, we are able keep a close check on the quality of our products.

Where is your manufacturing unit situated at?Our manufacturing unit is based out of Delhi NCR. This location allows us to ship products to all parts of the country as most transporters and goods carrier have a branch office in Delhi.

Do you supply products all over India?Yes, we supply products all over India and internationally as well. Our large customer base is spread across pan-India. Our outstation customers usually recommend their preferred transporters based out of Delhi. We contact the transporter and make arrangements with them to handover the goods at their office in Delhi. Afterwards, it is the responsibility of the customers to claim the goods from the transporter.

How long do you take to dispatch an order?All prefabricated products such as magnet sets and clamps are usually dispatched on the same day. The made-to-order products such as aluminium frames and dividers are dispatched in 2-3 days depending on the size and quantity of the product.

Which sizes are the aluminium frames available in?There are no standard frame sizes. All aluminium frames are manufactured as per the requirement of the customer and the size of the machine after an order is confirmed. Some machine brands such as Tajima, Barudan, SWF, etc. have standardised sizes. However, for machines manufactured in China, we manufacture frames only after getting the measurement of the pantograph frame of the machine. In some cases, we create one sample frame for customer to test on their machine before manufacturing the entire order.

Will the aluminium frame fit machine of any brand?Yes, all orders are created as per the size of the machine.

How much embroidery area will I get in the aluminium frames?For a 400mm multi-head embroidery machine, the embroidery area in our aluminium frame will be 320mm. Similarly, for a 600mm multi-head embroidery machine, the embroidery area in our aluminium frame will be 520mm.

How long is the warranty on your products?Our embroidery frames are durable and repairable. Below is the list of standard warranty offered on various products (conditions apply): Aluminium frames – 8 years All clamps – 1 year Magnet sets – 1 year Dividers – 2 years Breakage and wear and tear due to normal use is not included in the warranty.
